More cars, more brief breaks in the rain.
 Spring is here!

Zone Conference March 10, 2015

Just a little rain while cars were finished up, looked at, and judged.

Well done, missionaries!

Zone Conference March 9, 2015

When we arrive, the cars are OPEN for inspection.  Missionaries are busy cleaning, shining, vacuuming, polishing, checking, gaging, recording, perfecting those cars!
During one of the breaks, the books, notebooks, scriptures, Preach My Gospels, and missionary stuff are impressive.  They have come to learn and record what they are learning.
Two boxes at the top of your page:
Revelatory Box and Commitment Box.
Our Area Medical Adviser and his wife traveled with us to each Zone Conference.
They gave a presentation about preventing injuries (sports, car, bike), good nutrition (My Plate), and adequate hydration to the missionaries (4 bottles H2O for sisters and 6 bottles H2O for elders daily).  Then they set up a room where missionaries could come one by one and ask questions about injuries or illnesses.  That was a nice service for our AMA and his wife to give to the missionaries.  They helped a lot of missionaries during the week! Thank you!

At the beginning of the week, the rain came before and after inspections, so the BOSH award was given to deserving missionaries.

Good Job!  Congratulations!

MLC March 2015

We planned MLC with the question what more can we do?
We all came fasting, wondering, and willing to follow promptings.
It was another impressive and wonderful MLC.
We are still learning from the things we talked about and from the impressions we get as we read our notes again and again.
We have amazing leadership!

 Please notice homemade rolls.  Mmmmmm!

Our amazing and kind Office Staff prepared the fanciest, most wonderful, and delicious meal!  The tables were decorated!  We were completely spoiled by their generosity and talents.
THANK YOU!

Strong and Beautiful Sister Who Served So Well

Sometimes schools don't follow the Transfer schedule.  What are they thinking?
This sweet sister needed to return for school.
We are so glad she came!
We love her and miss her.
She is a powerful, petite, sister who served with all her
MIGHT, MIND, and STRENGTH!

Please Get Well Soon! Then Come Back.

During a service project many months ago, this elder injured his back.  When it didn't improve, we started sending him to doctors.  Still no improvements, other doctors, other treatments.  He was patient and long suffering.  He returned home to get well.  We miss him!  We hope he gets well and returns soon.

Just a small miracle.  When we took him to the airport, we were plenty early for his flight leaving around 9:00 AM.  That flight was cancelled.  The next opportunity for him to catch a flight wasn't until the next day because of Spring Break and big groups needing to be rescheduled.  The ticket agent told us that if he went to the gate right then, they would wait for him and he could get on the flight that was supposed to leave right then.  They held the flight for him and he was able to get to Atlanta to catch his flight home.  Nice way to start a day!  Such incredibly nice people at the Jackson Airport!  They treat us with kindness always.
