Mission Leaders

On the night of arrivals and after having met each new missionary, the Mission Leaders work hard to create the new companionships.  After prayer, discussion, letting it rest, more prayer, and

complete agreement among the Mission Leaders and President McDonough,

each new missionary is carefully placed with a trainer.



 

This all happens after the new missionaries have gone upstairs to bed

and to the Bishop's house to sleep.
