We have magnificent leaders who complete their service in Mission Leadership Council and return to the field to be powerful missionaries or home to be powerful influences for good.
We always wonder how we will continue without them
but the Lord raises up new leaders who are dedicated, obedient, respected
and who fill open spaces.
This happens every transfer in Mission Leadership Council.
It is miraculous to watch young missionaries grow into these
courageous new leaders.
They bring new energy and perspective and opinions to this Council.
We are so very blessed to watch as the Lord directs His work.
How we love Him and His missionaries!
